Hook : The value of anything in life is evaluated by its qualities . So is human.
Background :the viewpoint of bad qualities and good qualities.
Thesis: In my opinion, a good human needs to equip his qualities at least sympathy, integrity and tolerance because these qualities will help him raise his value.

Topic sentence: One of the most important of all human qualities is sympathy
Supporting details :people need sympathy, help share feeling of sorrow, lending emotional support, sympathetic words or kind acts
Concluding sentence:if we sympathize someone, we are also sympathized one day
